According to the Industrial Locomotive Society the Levenseat Ironworks / Esperston Limeworks loco was Hawthorn works no. 1862 of 1880. However Hawthorns had supplied an 0-4-0WT of 2'9" to the Abernant Railway by 1864 (see www.irsociety.co.uk/Archives/3+4/Keeling.htm)and a 3' gauge engine to the Plymouth Ironworks in 1864.
