Boston Lodge Crane
Appearance
There was a hand-operated jib crane in Glan y mor yard, which was built by H & J Ellis of Manchester. It was mostly made of cast iron with a wooden jib, but the jib was missing before 1952.

Due to the major building works (demolition of the Long Shed, and erection of the Carriage Works) it appears to have moved from Glan y mor to the Bottom Yard, though in fact it is in the same place with altered surroundings.
