Charles Christmas James

Born 25th December 1895 Portmadoc. Son of James James and Sarah James and in 1914 of 7 Lombard Street Portmadoc, Started on FR before May 1914 as a porter at Portmadoc. Territorial No. 1359 emlisted 8th August 1914 in Royal Welsh Fusiliers. Killed in action 28th October 1917 (No. 315545) near Armentieres. His nephew Terry James worked at Boston Lodge from 1970 to 1983. [1]
