Day Log/1837-12-14
On this date, Palmerston, on behalf of the Welsh Slate Company, signed the first agreement with the FR Co. for the transport of its output. The FR Co. contributed the sum of £151 4s 1d (£151.21p) towards the cost of an incline.[1]
