Flint., esq. 2 The Festiniog Railway Company LEASE for 60 years of a parcel of ground (105a.), being part of a farm called Gelli weiog, p. FESTINIOG, co. Mer., bounded on the north east side by lands belonging to the rector of Cricieth, on the north west by Moelwyn mountain, part of a farm called Ddolymoch, for the purpose of making a tunnel and erecting cottages, reserving minerals, slates and potters clay; covenants relating to repairs, that 2 shall have first refusal of any slates copper or lead discovered upon or under the premises, paying a royalty of 10% to 1, and that 1 shall have the right to use the tramroad over part of the premises.
