Day Log/1892-06-20
By negotiation, eventually, the Railway Rates and Charges No 6. (Festiniog Railway &c.) Order Confirmation Act, 1892 was passed on 20 June 1892 [1]
Re:55/6 Vic. Cap. 137 of 20 June 1892.[2]
This affected not only the FR, but also the NWNGR, Gorseddau Junction and Portmadoc Railways Company, and Portmadoc, Croesor & Beddgelert Tram Railway.[3]
This Act seemed to be some regulation of carriage charges for goods.
The Railway Rates and Charges, No. 6 (Festiniog Railway, &c.), Order Confirmation Act 1892 was repealed as part of the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 2013 which gained Royal Assent on 31 January 2013[4].
