Following the Ffestiniog Railway Society Annual General Meeting and subsequent Board Meeting held on Saturday 4 May 2002 at Porthmadog the directors of the Society are:

Andy Savage has been invited to attend Society Board meetings as a representative of the Festiniog Railway Company Board. Andy is also as Vice President of the Society.

Christopher Boulter has stepped down as Company Secretary and is succeeded by Roger Schofield.

Paul Harris continues as Assistant Secretary.

In response to requests for more awareness of the individual roles and responsibilities of the members of the Society Board, this subject will be discussed at the forthcoming Board Meeting on Saturday 15 June 2002 and a further announcement will follow.
