Born 1861 in Llanbedr

Company Permanent Way foreman, responsible for the length between Portmadoc and 1 mile east of Penrhyn (4 3/4 miles).

Gave evidence on the accident of 28th August 1896 and was blamed for its cause. At the time he had been employed by the company for approximately 5 years, and for the last 6 months as PW foreman. Thought to be still employed by FR Co in 1911.
