Ffestiniog Railway Holdings Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Festiniog Railway Trust and was incorporated on 6 November 1990, Company Number 02555576. Its Registered Office is Harbour Station, Porthmadog, LL49 9NF. It was formed to engage in commercial activities on behalf of the Ffestiniog Railway, its principal activity being the travel business Ffestiniog Travel.

In 2008 the travel business transferred operations and its registered office from Harbour Station to a new office at First Floor Unit 6, Snowdonia Business Park, Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd, LL48 6LD. This enabled space to be freed for the main operations of the enlarged railway at Harbour Station.
