Griffith C. Williams

Griffith C. Williams was born 20/12/1904.

He started working for the FR as a Mess Room Boy on 28th July 1919. He worked his way up through cleaner & stoker to driver in 1940 although he was referred to as a Fireman/driver. His employment may not have been continuous during the 1930s. His employment during the war years was part time, probably as required. Last record of employment with FR is January 1946.
