Samuel Bibby
Capt. Samuel Gawith Bibby was appointed a Director of North Wales Power & Traction Co. Ltd on 25 September 1918 in place of A.W. Tait, He was almost certainly appointed to the PBSSR at the same time. (He was a PBSSR Director in 1919)
