Usage[edit]
This template should not be used directly; {{subst:prod blp}} should be used instead. The subst: part is important for technical reasons. This template should not be subst: itself (that is, do not use {{subst:prod blp/dated}}). Please remember to use an edit summary when proposing a page for deletion or removing the prod blp tag.
This template will categorize pages into Category:All articles proposed for deletion, Category:BLP articles proposed for deletion, category:Unreferenced BLPs and Category:BLP articles proposed for deletion by days left and, if used correctly, the appropriate dated sub-category (if used incorrectly it puts the article in Category:Proposed deletion as of unknown date 2024 instead).
