Thomas John Spooner, 4th son of James Spooner and brother of Charles Easton Spooner. b.1822 or 4 in Maentwrog.

He was a solicitor (not a very good one by all accounts) and did work for the FR Company.

He died in 1881 and at that time was living in Conway.

Married Elizabeth Fenton French (1827-1885). They had 9 children, one of whom was also Thomas John. He is said to have worked for the FR for a while learning his trade as an engineer before working for railways in India.
