User talk:Marquis DeCarabas/The Signalling of the Duffws Line
Add topicI have removed the link pointing at this page. This is very much a WIP and I'm not yet prepared to make it easily findable, hence using this convention:
You can also start your new article at User:Marquis DeCarabas/The Signalling of the Duffws Line. There, you can develop the article with less risk of deletion, ask other editors to help work on it and move it into "article space" when it is ready.
I appreciate the link, but there are several weeks' more worth of work before I am prepared to move it into 'article space'.
Cheers. :)

You will have noticed that I put in a link signalman Richards. I am currently checking what I have on other people who were Blaenau signalmen. If you come up with more names I might be have or be able to produce potted histories. They may well be names I don't have at all but I might be able to find out about them. Keep up the good work, all very interesting.

Yes - that sort of stuff I'm more than glad to have added: I hope most 'discoverers' realise that the order of the article at the moment is very fluid. It is an experiment to see if I can write using Festipedia, rather than working at home to produce a long screed. I suppose some will think I'm crazy for doing the most complicated bit of the line as a proof-of-concept, but like Robert Dell and his Programme Machines (his first installation was for regulation at Camden Town): there's nothing like diving in at the deep end to see if it works.
