Category:Pages with syntax highlighting errors
This is an administration category. It is used for administration of the Festipedia project and is not part of the encyclopedia. It contains pages that are not articles, or it groups articles by status rather than content. Do not include this category in content categories. This is a hidden category. It is not shown on its member pages, unless the corresponding user preference 'Show hidden categories' is set. This is a tracking category. It builds and maintains a list of pages primarily for the sake of the list itself. Pages are added to tracking categories through templates. |
Administrators: Please do not delete this category even if it is empty! This category may be empty occasionally or even most of the time. |
This category contains pages with <syntaxhighlight>
or <source>
calls which have encountered errors in parsing. To correct them, just define a known computing language name as an attribute of the <source lang=>
tag.
Some languages are not yet supported. If the language is valid, do not change or remove the name of the language just to remove the maintenance category. The real fix is to get the language supported by Pygments.
Details[edit]
Many languages (mostly obscure) were de-supported due to the switch from GeSHi to Pygments for syntax highlighting. Fallbacks may be added to SyntaxHighlight_GeSHi.compat.php where languages are sufficiently similar. For unsupported commonly used languages, please contribute language definitions to Pygments.
