I agree the style of post looks like it is intended as spam but it is not actually spam - there are no external links and the edit filter has not been triggered, so this user has not attempted to post any external links on this page. I am therefore minded to leave this page as it is for the moment but I will be keeping an eye open to see if this user does anything unwanted --Peter Harrison (talk) 19:32, 28 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
