This page attempts to list every Director of the Festiniog Railway Company from June 1954 (when Alan Pegler acquired the controlling interest in the Company); every Director of the Ffestiniog Railway Society (formerly the Festiniog Railway Society Limited) from its registration on 24th December 1954; Directors of Ffestiniog Railway Holdings Limited (where known) since its formation in 1990(initally as part of the arrangements to provide ATOL bonding to Ffestiniog Travel), and Trustees of the Festiniog Railway Trust.
Non-statutory (i.e. non-executive) Directors of the Festiniog Railway Company are included. The years in which each individual held office, and where has been coloumnized Where needed, in the "Other"col, clarity is given by a "T" for the Festiniog Railway Trust, "R" for Festiniog Travel, and Ffestiniog Heritage Ltd membership indicated by prefix "A".
